Peskov: Allegations of Russia's Interference in US Elections Are Groundless

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov categorically denied allegations of Russia's interference in the US elections. Peskov emphasized that Moscow does not interfere in the internal affairs of any country. Peskov stated that Russia does not pursue a policy of external interference, saying, 'Moscow has never interfered in the internal affairs of others and we expect no one to interfere in Russia's internal affairs.' Criticizing the stance of US President Donald Trump, who raised allegations of election interference, Peskov noted that such claims are based on 'unsubstantiated and unfounded' information. The Russian spokesman also added that previous investigations in the US have proven that Russia had no impact on the election results.
