Özge Özpirinçci Breaks Her Silence on Allegations

Özge Özpirinçci responded to allegations made by Kübra Süzgün, who played her daughter in the TV series 'Kadın', with a written statement on social media. Özpirinçci, in her statement, stated that her silence was to protect a child.

Despite having no connection or involvement, I found myself inexplicably drawn into this process; however, I chose to remain silent in order to protect a young girl and prevent her from suffering further harm, which is why I feel compelled to make a statement now.

Özpirinçci also stated that she has been aware of the sensitivity of the process at all times and has not reflected any stage of the process to the public. In response to Kübra Süzgün's allegations,

Therefore, I have sought to navigate this situation with calmness, common sense, and a sense of moral responsibility, rather than reacting with anger or engaging in mutual recriminations. Nevertheless, I do not accept the interpretation that my silence implies acceptance of the baseless allegations against me or that I have no response to them.

Stating that none of the allegations against her reflect the truth, Özge Özpirinçci announced that necessary applications have been made to protect her legal rights and related processes have been initiated. Emphasizing that she will not make any further statements on the matter, Özpirinçi concluded her statement by expressing her confidence that the ongoing legal process and the superior interest of the child in question will be taken into consideration.
