NATO's Expansion into the Pacific Increases the Risk of War

Historian Bernardo Kocher warned that NATO's increasing activities in the Pacific could trigger a conflict with Russia and China. Kocher stated, 'The current situation is bringing war closer with each passing day.'In an interview with Radio Sputnik Brazil, Kocher noted that NATO's activities in different seas like the Pacific could be perceived as preparations for war against Russia and China. He expressed that the Atlantic alliance's actions have the potential to start a 'large-scale war.' Previously, Russian President Vladimir Putin had also warned against the West's plans to deploy new weapons in the region.
