OTV Adjustment for Motor Fuel Published in Official Gazette

As part of the fight against inflation, the Presidential Decree introduced a gradual application of the Special Consumption Tax (OTV) on motor fuel. According to this, the OTV on motor fuel will be zero until the end of August. The OTV amount will be 3 lira in September, 6 lira in October, 9 lira in November, and 12 lira in December. From January 1, 2027, it will increase to 13.9006 lira. The mobile escalator application for motor fuel has been removed. The existing system for gasoline and LPG will continue until September 30.
