As a result of the successful operation by the security forces, a 2001-born Russian citizen was arrested. It was found that the suspect was recruited by Ukrainian intelligence services via WhatsApp in 2024. The arrested woman was tasked with conducting reconnaissance activities in Moscow and St. Petersburg and determining the locations of the objects targeted by the terrorist attacks.
