Drone Attack on Moscow Region: 5 People Killed
The Ukrainian army continued its drone attacks against Russia, targeting the Moscow Region tonight and harming civilians. Moscow Region Governor Andrey Vorobyev announced that 5 people were killed and 6 were injured in the drone attack. Vorobyev stated on his Telegram account that the air defense forces repelled the attack in the morning hours. He noted that multiple fires broke out in the Novoselki industrial area after a drone hit, with the largest fire occurring in a warehouse, which was later extinguished by firefighters. Vorobyev reported that an electrical substation and an administrative building were damaged in the attack. The governor said, 'According to initial assessments, 5 people were killed, and 6 were injured. All the injured are receiving necessary medical attention.' Vorobyev stated that firefighting and emergency teams are working at the scene, and in response to the Kiev regime's attacks on the civilian population, the Russian Armed Forces are targeting Ukraine's decision-making centers, command headquarters, and facilities used by NATO experts responsible for supply, intelligence, and target designation.
