MHP's Support for Working Mothers: Flexible Working Hours

The Nationalist Movement Party (MHP) has introduced a new proposal to support working mothers. MHP Deputy Chairman Ahmet Selim Yurdakul announced a new working model for women who have given birth. It is stated that birth rates in Turkey have decreased and the elderly population has increased. Yurdakul said, ''We propose the application of flexible working methods for the next 6 months after the completion of the first 6 months of mandatory maternity leave. This aims to enable our working women to continue their careers.''
