Weather Alert: Yellow Code Warning for 4 Provinces

Local heavy rains are expected to be effective in the western and eastern parts of Turkey. According to the Meteorology General Directorate's July 4 weather forecast, a 'yellow' coded warning was issued for Istanbul, Tekirdağ, the southern part of Kırklareli, and Kars due to expected heavy rain. Partially and very cloudy weather is expected. Intermittent and local showers and thunderstorms will be seen in the region. Heavy rain is expected in Istanbul, Tekirdağ, and the southern part of Kırklareli.It will be partly cloudy and open, becoming partly and very cloudy in the northern parts. Local showers and thunderstorms will be seen in the northern part of the region. Heavy rain is expected in the eastern part of Erzurum, Kars, and Ardahan.
