Weather Alert: Yellow Code Rain Warning for 4 Cities

According to today's weather forecasts, a yellow code rain warning has been issued for the coastal areas of Hatay, Artvin, Erzurum, Kars, and Ardahan. It is expected that the wind will blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from the north in the southern part of Marmara and the Northern Aegean. The western Mediterranean's inner areas, Eastern Mediterranean, northern and western parts of Eastern Anatolia, Samsun's eastern part, Ordu, and Eastern Black Sea are expected to be partially rainy and stormy, while other areas will be partially cloudy and open. It is anticipated that the rains in the coastal areas of Hatay, Artvin, Erzurum, Kars, and Ardahan will be locally strong, and therefore, it is necessary to be cautious and take precautions against possible flash floods, flooding, lightning, disruptions in transportation, local hail, and strong winds during the rain. It is expected to be partially cloudy, and the wind is expected to blow strongly (30-50 km/h) from the north in the southern part of the region in the afternoon.
