Mert Hakan Yandaş's Sentence Reduced

The Turkish Football Federation's Arbitration Board reviewed the sentence given to Fenerbahçe's Mert Hakan Yandaş for betting activities.
Following the review, the Federation officials decided to reduce Yandaş's 12-month suspension to 6 months.
Yandaş, who was detained as part of a betting investigation and spent about 5 months in detention, was later released. In statements from the parties, expressions such as were used.
The Arbitration Board also upheld the 4-year suspension given to Nigerian footballer Bonke Innocent for doping.
