Civil Servant and Pensioner Salary Increase Rates Announced

Following the announcement of June inflation data, the salary increase for civil servants and pensioners for the period of July-December 2026 has become clear. According to the data shared by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK), civil servants and pensioners are entitled to a 13.52% salary increase. The salary increase for civil servants and pensioners was calculated based on the collective agreement provisions and the inflation difference. After the June inflation data, the inflation difference was determined to be 6.09%. Thus, the total salary increase, combining the collective agreement increase and the inflation difference, was finalized at 13.52%.
