Digital Application Process for Green Passport for MEB Personnel

The Ministry of National Education has introduced a new digital system for MEB personnel to apply for green passports. The Ministry has enabled personnel with the right to obtain a special passport to apply electronically through the address pasaport.meb.gov.tr. With the new application, the physical document tracking and application process carried out through school and district national education directorates has come to an end. MEB personnel can now submit all passport applications electronically. After the electronic approval processes are carried out through the system, the electronically approved application form will be sent directly to the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship via web service. When the application process is completed, an informative message will be sent to the applicant by the system. The Ministry of National Education announced that the application processes in the new system will be carried out differently according to the personnel's status.
