Two Workers Lost Their Lives in a Landslide During Infrastructure Work in Malatya

Two workers lost their lives in a landslide that occurred during infrastructure work in Malatya's Yeşilyurt district. The workers, who were doing road work in the İkizce Mahallesi, were trapped under the landslide, whose cause has not yet been determined.Following a notification, fire departments, AFAD, UMKE, gendarmerie, and health teams were dispatched to the area. As a result of the teams' efforts, it was determined that the two workers who were rescued from under the soil had lost their lives. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
