Major Jewelry Heist at Lalique Museum: Thieves Steal Items Worth 4 Million Euros

A theft occurred at the Lalique Museum in Wingen-sur-Moder, northeastern France, in the morning hours.
The person or people who entered the museum targeted the jewelry section and stole around 20 pieces of jewelry. Initial estimates indicate that the stolen jewelry is worth approximately 4 million euros. Despite the alarm going off, the thieves escaped. The cleaning staff, who were the first to notice the incident, informed the police.
Following the incident, the museum was closed to visitors for several days. Police teams are reviewing security camera footage to identify the thief or thieves.
