Ambulance Crash in Kütahya: Patient Loses Life

In Kütahya, an ambulance carrying a patient to be transferred collided with two trucks. The patient, Türkan Dabandıoğlu, lost their life in the accident. Four people were also injured at the scene of the crash.An ambulance belonging to a private company, transporting a patient from Antalya to Istanbul, collided with two trucks on the Kütahya-Afyonkarahisar highway. Following the notification of the accident to the 112 Emergency Call Center, health, fire, gendarmerie, and police teams were dispatched to the scene.The teams determined that the patient, Türkan Dabandıoğlu (71), had lost their life at the scene. The injured, including Şükrü Ş. and healthcare workers Hilal T, Ahmet S., and the patient's relative Nihal Dabandıoğlu, who were trapped in the ambulance and rescued by fire crews, were taken to Kütahya City Hospital. Dabandıoğlu's body was taken to the morgue of the same hospital after the on-site investigation.
