Three of 12 People Swept Away by Waves at Kuşadası Beach Lost Their Lives

In Aydın's Kuşadası district, after people swept away by waves at Sevgi Beach were seen, the situation was reported to the 112 Emergency Call Center.Police, health, and Coast Guard teams were dispatched to the scene.Some of the people rescued from the water received help from citizens and teams in the area.The 12 people brought ashore were taken to different hospitals by ambulances. However, despite the interventions, Dursun Marmara (79), Mahmut Öz (67), and İlkay Özcan (54) could not be saved.An investigation has been launched into the incident.
