Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on the claims of a possible 'ceasefire in the air' in Ukraine and Donbass. Peskov described these claims as speculation and emphasized that Russia has not presented new proposals.While answering questions on the topic, Peskov stated, 'This information emerged a few days ago. However, there is nothing more than speculation by the media and mass communication tools.'The Kremlin Spokesman noted that Moscow has not presented new formulas or proposals for resolving the crisis in Ukraine, and there is no clear situation in this regard. Peskov stated that the arming of commercial ships is not possible, but the Russian Navy can take necessary measures to protect these ships.Additionally, Peskov announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet with the deputies of the 8th State Duma today. Putin is also scheduled to hold an international phone call during the day.
