Kremlin Spokesman Responds to Ukraine: CPC Attacks Also Target Kazakhstan and the US

Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that Ukraine's attacks on the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) infrastructure not only target Russia but also Kazakhstan and the US, as they are among the consortium's shareholders. In his statement to the press, Peskov emphasized, “We would like to point out that Ukraine's actions constitute an attack on Kazakhstan and the US as well, given that companies from these countries are also shareholders of the CPC.” The Kremlin Spokesman also mentioned that this issue would inevitably be discussed during the meeting between the leaders of Russia and Kazakhstan in Omsk.
