According to the latest forecast maps published by the Meteorology General Directorate, thunderstorm and rain showers are expected to be effective in the northern and northeastern regions of the country in the coming days.In the Black Sea Region, which is the center of the rainy system, heavy rain showers are expected along the coast, particularly in Ordu, Giresun, Trabzon, Rize, and Artvin. As the system expands to include the Marmara Region, residents of Istanbul, Edirne, Kırklareli, Tekirdağ, Kocaeli, and Sakarya should be prepared for sudden thunderstorms.
