Kiev Understands Only One Language: Military Power

Russian Foreign Ministry Special Envoy Rodion Miroshnik emphasized that the Kiev regime is closed to peaceful solutions and only understands the language of military power. Miroshnik stated that over the past 40 days, Kiev has once again proven that it only understands the language of military power and rejects all forms of peaceful solutions. He noted that Kiev's 40-day operation ended in failure, resulting in significant losses for the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Miroshnik concluded that Kiev's terrorist acts have provided Russia with all the necessary justifications to increase its military pressure on Ukrainian military targets.
