No Diplomatic Contact Proposal from Kiev to Moscow

The Russian Foreign Ministry announced that no proposal has been received from Kiev to Moscow for the resumption of diplomatic contacts. Russian Foreign Ministry Information and Press Department Director Aleksey Fadeyev stated that Ukraine has not made any proposals to Russia for the resumption of diplomatic contacts. Fadeyev emphasized that the solution principles announced by Russian leader Vladimir Putin in 2024 are still valid for Moscow. He also noted that Vladimir Zelenskiy's attempts to obtain a license for Patriot missiles from the US have been unsuccessful. When asked about the 3.47 billion euro tranche sent by the European Commission to Ukraine on July 30 as part of a 90 billion euro loan, Fadeyev stated that this financial aid will not benefit Ukraine. The spokesperson emphasized that the aim of Ukraine's invasion attempt in the Kursk region is to intimidate the civilian population, and that the militants involved in this terrorism will receive the punishment they deserve.
