Kiev Regime Collaborates with Narcotics Cartels
The Russian Foreign Intelligence Service announced that the Kiev regime is collaborating with Mexican narcotics cartels to generate additional income due to the decrease in aid from the West. It was stated that the law enforcement and intelligence structures in Ukraine turned a blind eye to the increase in drug shipments from Latin America to Europe and deliberately created an environment for this process. According to the intelligence data provided by the SVR, Latin American crime groups, who are looking for new markets due to the tightening of anti-drug measures in the US, see Ukraine as a 'safe corridor' to introduce substances like fentanyl to the European market.

The interest of the Ukrainian side is quite clear. In the current conditions, where the Vladimir Zelenskiy regime, which is mired in corruption, cannot fulfill all the appetizing demands of its Western sponsors, it is trying to earn extra income from drug transit.

The lack of effective border and customs control in the country makes it easier for the cartels to operate. Russian foreign intelligence explained Kiev's motivation for this dangerous collaboration and emphasized that the drugs coming from Latin America are being transported to the European market through Poland, Moldova, and Romania, with the main transfer center being the ports in the Odesa region.
