Indictment Accepted in Kahramanmaraş School Attack Case

The indictment seeks the trial of the perpetrator's father, Uğur Mersinli, for 'possible intentional homicide and violation of Law No. 6136', and the perpetrator's mother, Peyman Pınar Mersinli, for 'conscious negligence resulting in death and injury'.The Kahramanmaraş Chief Public Prosecutor's Office stated that the investigation has been completed and the indictment has been accepted by the court, marking the beginning of the trial process.
