According to local reports, the incident occurred in Koga city. The allegations suggest that Sakurai forcibly sewed her roommate's lips on June 29th. The victim managed to escape the next day and sought help. After the incident, the victim visited a nearby store to ask for assistance. The police investigated the scene and took Sakurai into custody.
