The 'Do Hiemon' personal cooling cabin developed in Japan aims to lower users' body temperature in just 10 minutes. This technology is designed for workplaces with high heat stroke risks. The device is said to be more effective than air conditioners and fans. The 2.1-meter-tall, stainless steel cabin is designed to reduce the risk of heat stroke and heat-related fatigue. The interior temperature of the device can be lowered to around 15 degrees Celsius, and cold air at 5 degrees Celsius is blown onto the user's head, neck, shoulders, and back. The manufacturer claims that this system can lower body temperature much faster than air conditioners or fans and alleviate heat stroke symptoms quickly. Priced at approximately 1.5 million yen, the device has a low hourly energy cost. Do Hiemon is intended for use in factories, warehouses, production facilities, and public areas where workers are exposed to high temperatures, rather than for individual use.
