Russian Embassy in Sweden Targeted by Drone Attack: A Threat or Intimidation?

In the late hours of the night, the Russian Embassy in Stockholm was targeted by unmanned aerial vehicles. These attacks have heightened the security concerns of the diplomatic mission, with Swedish authorities being accused of inaction. According to an official statement from the Russian Embassy, two drones were used in the attack on the diplomatic mission building. One of the drones dropped a container containing red paint on the embassy building, while a second drone, carrying a mock explosive, fell near the building. Russian diplomats view this incident as an attempt to intimidate and threaten, going beyond a simple provocation, and hold the Swedish side directly responsible for the consequences of the incident.

It is striking that such incidents have become systematic in Stockholm. In reality, local law enforcement only formally records these attacks. To date, none of the investigations have yielded concrete results.
