Storm Hits Istanbul: Trees Uprooted, Roofs Torn Off

A severe storm hit many districts of Istanbul, causing trees to uproot, roofs to tear off, and vehicles to be damaged. In Fatih Laleli, a tree fell onto the road, disrupting traffic, while in Zeytinburnu Beştelsiz Mahallesi, a building's roof collapsed. In Esenler Oruç Reis Mahallesi, roofs were torn off due to strong winds. In Bahçelievler Kocasinan Mahallesi and Beyoğlu Okmeydanı, pieces of roofs were blown off into the streets. On Bahçelievler Çavuşpaşa Caddesi, a fallen tree damaged a parked motorcycle and car. A housing site in Esenyurt also suffered damage from the storm. In Ümraniye, people and motorcycle riders struggled due to the strong winds. In Beykoz Burunbahçe, beachgoers and vendors were affected by the storm.
