According to the statement made by the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM), the rain will affect the western parts of Istanbul, especially Silivri and Çatalca, from the evening, and the entire city from 23.00. The statement from AKOM notes that the rain is expected to be heavy (10-30kg/m2) and accompanied by thunderstorms in some areas, and will eventually leave the region.
