73-Year-Old Bus Driver Found Dead in Istanbul

In Istanbul's Sultangazi district, the body of 73-year-old bus driver Haydar Elidemir, who had been missing for 3 days, was found in a parked minibus.In Habibler Mahallesi on Eski Edirne Caddesi, a foul odor coming from a minibus was reported to police by local residents. Upon arriving at the scene, police and medical teams found 73-year-old Elidemir unresponsive in the vehicle. After an examination by medical personnel, it was determined that Elidemir had lost his life. His body was taken to the Forensic Medicine Institution morgue to determine the exact cause of death.It was learned that Elidemir's son, unable to reach his father on Saturday, entered their home in Bağcılar with police accompaniment. An investigation was initiated as Elidemir was not found at home.
