Collapse in a Well in Istanbul's Üsküdar: AFAD Personnel Injured

A collapse occurred in an old well next to a building in Istanbul's Üsküdar district. As AFAD teams were investigating the incident, a landslide happened, putting them in a difficult situation. One of the AFAD personnel was injured after falling into the well and was taken to the hospital.The 16 residents of a 3-story apartment building next to the well were evacuated by municipal teams. The building was sealed for safety reasons. Measurements taken in the well did not detect any chemicals.
