Rain and Storm Warning for Istanbul

The northern parts of the country are under the influence of the cool air from the Balkans. The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IBB) Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) issued a storm and rain warning for the metropolis. The system is expected to be effective in the region until Monday. The wind is expected to occasionally strengthen and blow at a speed of 30-60 kilometers per hour in the form of a storm. It is forecasted that the temperatures in Istanbul will be between 26-28 degrees and will be below the seasonal norms. It is also expected that short-term and local rain transitions will be seen in the city with cool and windy weather.
