Hourly Warning for Istanbul: Strong Rainfall System Ahead

Weather warnings have been issued for Istanbul by AKOM and the Meteorology General Directorate. A rainy weather system from the Balkans has entered the country through Thrace. Heavy rain showers are expected in Istanbul, particularly on the European side, between 11:00 and 18:00. The rain is expected to increase in intensity from noon and continue intermittently until the evening. It is forecasted that sunny summer days will resume from Friday onwards.
