US Lacks Sufficient Naval Power to Protect Israel from Ballistic Missile Threats

US European Command Chief General Alexus Grynkewich has informed the Pentagon that they lack sufficient naval power to protect Israel. Grynkewich emphasized that the current capacity is not enough to sustain the support given to Israel. According to the Washington Post, officials stated that Grynkewich submitted a written notification to the US Department of Defense this week. Grynkewich noted that if an additional navy destroyer is not provided, he would have to prioritize the defense of the US homeland over Israel's defense.
