The messages are sent on behalf of a group called 'Friends for Peace' and contain questions related to US-Israel relations.The Israeli government has worked with numerous companies in the US over the past year, and over 30 new individuals have registered as foreign agents on behalf of Israel, most of whom are marketing experts. The report also states that the campaign includes advertising efforts in conservative media outlets, collaborations with social media content creators, and the creation of websites that promote more positive content about Israel using AI chatbots. It was also noted that Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar announced that over $700 million had been allocated in the 2026 budget for 'shaping perception' efforts to strengthen the country's international image.
