Iran's Speaker of Parliament Warns the US

Iran's Speaker of Parliament, Muhammad Baqir Qalibaf, stated that Iran will respond decisively if the US fails to adhere to the agreement between the two countries. Qalibaf warned during his meeting with the Speaker of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly, Ahmed Muzani, that Iran will reciprocate if the US breaches the agreement. According to Iranian state television, Qalibaf emphasized that negotiations with the US should only be conducted by those prepared for war. He also stated that if Washington does not adhere to the agreement, Iran will take a firm stance.
Qalibaf noted that during the last war, the US, Israel, and NATO thought they could force Iran to surrender quickly, but the war will not end with Iran's surrender, and this is evident to the world. Expressing his distrust in the US administration, Qalibaf mentioned that he conveyed this view to US Vice President J.D. Vance during the negotiations. Emphasizing that they will not abandon their country's defense, Qalibaf stated that if the US violates the agreement, they will stand firm against Washington. While prioritizing the end of the war for all countries, Qalibaf asserted, "However, everyone should know that this war will never end with Iran's surrender."
