Iranian Parliament Speaker: Israel is the Number One Enemy of Islamic Countries

Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf emphasized that Israel is the greatest threat to Islamic countries in a meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Ali Zeidi in Tehran. Ghalibaf stated that cooperation between the two countries can contribute to solving regional problems. He noted that Israel is the number one enemy of Islamic countries and that the cooperation between Iran and Iraq is effective in maintaining unity against Israel. Iraqi Prime Minister Zeidi pointed out that Iran and Iraq are not just neighboring countries, but also partners due to their location in the same region. Zeidi announced that an agreement on international road transportation was signed with Iran during his visit to Tehran. He met with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian and led the Iraqi delegation in comprehensive talks.
