Iran Vows to Firmly Respond to Any US Interference in Hormuz Strait Security

The Hatemu'l Enbiya Central Headquarters of Iran's Armed Forces has announced that it will firmly respond to any US interference in the security of the Hormuz Strait.The statement emphasized that the Hormuz Strait is within Iran's area of sovereignty, and that maintaining the security and stability of this strategic waterway is a red line for the Iranian Armed Forces.The Iranian administration also argued that the activities of US military aircraft, both manned and unmanned, over the Hormuz Strait endanger regional security.

Iran will not hesitate to take any measures necessary to prevent any violation or attack by the US army and its supporters in order to protect its sovereignty rights in the Hormuz Strait.

The statement claimed that oil tankers and commercial ships are required to use routes designated by Iran when passing through the Hormuz Strait.
