Iranian Foreign Minister Warns: US Making Major Miscalculation on Strait of Hormuz

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Arakchi stated that the US has been making incorrect calculations due to intelligence errors in its approach to Iran. Arakchi indicated that an even greater miscalculation is being made regarding the Strait of Hormuz. Emphasizing that the US has been making incorrect calculations for a long time, Arakchi shared a message on social media, highlighting that false intelligence is worse than fake news. Secretary of the Iranian Parliament's National Security Commission, Behnam Saidi, also announced that even after a war, no Israeli ships would be allowed to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. Saidi advocated that no US ships would be permitted to pass through either. The statements by Iranian Foreign Minister Arakchi have further increased the geopolitical tension in the region. The relationship between the US and Iran has become increasingly strained, particularly due to recent developments in the Strait of Hormuz.
