Oil Flow from Iraq to Ceyhan to Continue
Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Alparslan Bayraktar announced that the oil flow from Iraq to Ceyhan will continue. Minister Bayraktar stated that an agreement has been reached on a new agreement to ensure the continuation of the oil flow from Iraq to Ceyhan. He noted that the final stage has been reached for this agreement, which will cover the next 12 months.

Some events in the past and instability in the region unfortunately did not allow this pipeline to be used at full capacity. Now, our common goal is to use the capacity of this pipeline fully and even increase it.

Bayraktar pointed out that the Iraq-Turkey oil pipeline project has been ongoing since the 1970s and is a half-century-old project. He said that Turkey has been keeping this pipeline operational for a long time. Minister Bayraktar also mentioned the oil flow through the Iraq-Turkey oil pipeline, stating that 'the oil flow from Iraq to Ceyhan will continue'. Bayraktar also discussed the capacity increase of the Iraq-Turkey oil pipeline, stating that 'our goal is to utilize the existing capacity and possibly include other producers in the region, and if they have a need or interest, we can open this door to them.'
