Operation Against Iran-Linked Elements in Iraq

The US and Saudi Arabia have conducted joint air strikes against Iran-linked terrorist elements in Iraq. These operations were carried out in response to drone attacks directed by the Revolutionary Guards over the past 72 hours. US and Saudi warplanes struck multiple supply and weapons depots in eastern Iraq.

US Central Command and the Saudi Armed Forces conducted precision strikes in Iraq on July 28 against Iran-backed terrorists. These terrorists were directed by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps to attack US forces and Saudi energy infrastructure

It is stated that these operations were carried out to ensure security and stability in the region.
