Houthis Initiate Naval Blockade Against Saudi Arabia

The Houthis' Military Spokesman Yahya Sari stated that this move is based on the principle of 'an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth' and is a direct response to Saudi Arabia's blockade and attacks on Houthi-controlled areas. Sari called for general mobilization, urging the Yemeni people to be fully prepared for all scenarios and to support the fronts. He also warned that any escalation by the Riyadh administration would be met with a 'comprehensive and firm' response. This critical decision comes immediately after the collapse of the ceasefire process, which had provided relative calm in the region for a long time.
