Houthis Claim Attack on Saudi Oil Tankers in Red Sea
The Houthi rebels in Yemen announced that they have targeted two Saudi Arabian oil tankers in the Red Sea. The tankers, named 'ENCELIA' and 'LAYLA', were reportedly hit by ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones. The Houthi military spokesperson, Yahya Saree, stated that the tankers were targeted for violating a declared navigation ban.

The operation was carried out with a large number of ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones, and the targets were hit with high precision.

Saree also mentioned that around 10 ships had to change their route and return due to the attack. In a message to Saudi Arabia, Saree said:

Any attack or military step towards Yemen will be met with large-scale operations targeting the depths of Saudi Arabia.
