The Houthis, who control the Hudeyde province and have access to the Red Sea, did not provide information on where they blocked the ships. The military spokesperson for the Houthis, Yahya Saree, announced yesterday that they would respond to the blockade imposed by Saudi Arabia on Yemen with a 'counter-blockade'.
