First Qatari LNG Ship Passes Through the Strait of Hormuz After Three Weeks

Iranian media reported that the first Qatari LNG ship has passed through the Strait of Hormuz after three weeks, following the cessation of shipping traffic due to tensions between the US and Iran.According to a news agency close to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps, a Qatari ship made the passage today.The report recalled that the Strait of Hormuz was closed to shipping traffic about three weeks ago due to tensions with the US, and permission was granted for the Qatari LNG ship to pass.It was noted that the ship followed the route designated by Iran and passed through the Strait of Hormuz 'without any issues' and headed towards the Gulf of Oman.
