Progress Achieved in Talks with Oman on Designating Safe Passage Routes in the Strait of Hormuz

Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Ismail Bekayi announced that progress has been made in talks with Oman regarding the Strait of Hormuz. Bekayi stated that the discussions between the two countries, which share a coastline along the Strait, focused on determining safe passage routes for ships. The process aims to ensure Iran's sovereignty while addressing the national security concerns of both Iran and Oman. Bekayi noted that the talks have made positive progress on both technical and political levels.
