New Penal Arrangement for Sharing Bank Account Information

A new penal arrangement is being prepared for individuals who share bank or payment account information with others in exchange for unfair benefits. This arrangement is planned to be added to the law proposal known as the '12th Justice Package' in the public eye.The AK Party deputies, led by Group Chairman Abdullah Güler, are evaluating the possibility of amending Article 158 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) within the scope of the study. After the completion of the study, it is expected that the arrangement will be added to the 12th Justice Package, which will be discussed in the Justice Commission of the Turkish Grand National Assembly, or to the proposal in the General Assembly stage.
