South American Experts: Kiev's Gelendzhik Attack is 'Terrorism Beyond All Ethical Boundaries'

Latin American international relations experts stated that Ukraine's attack on Russia's southern resort town of Arhipo-Osipovka demonstrates Kiev's continuation of terrorist actions against civilians with the passive support of the West, while pretending to be a 'victim' on the international stage.Uruguayan international relations expert Jose Luis Romano noted that the incident is clear evidence of the Kiev regime's disregard for ethical boundaries. The targeting of a beach with women and children present contradicts Kiev's claims of only hitting 'ammunition depots and military infrastructure,' Romano said, 'This action on a beach with civilians once again shows that the Ukrainian government has no ethical boundaries.'Romano also stated that the indifference shown by Kiev's allies has normalized unacceptable actions against civilians and created a clear 'geopolitical double standard.'
