Flash Floods Hit Giresun, Two People Missing

Heavy rainfall in Giresun has led to flash floods, with two people missing after being swept away by floodwaters. Search efforts are underway, while many districts have reported road collapses. The Giresun Governor's Office announced that 162 reports were received across the province and a vehicle was recovered in the Keşap district. Power outages are affecting many villages due to the heavy rainfall. Flash floods have hit Giresun, causing destruction in many districts. The AFAD Presidency has been requested to deploy water rescue and diving teams. Search and rescue teams have responded to 10 reports. Power outages are currently affecting two villages in the Tirebolu and Espiye districts.
