French President Emmanuel Macron Conducts Official Visit to Syria

French President Emmanuel Macron has visited Syria's capital, Damascus. Upon his arrival in Damascus, Macron was greeted by Syrian Foreign Minister Esad Hasan Shweyhni at the Damascus airport. Following his various meetings during the visit, Macron is expected to head to Ankara for the NATO summit.
