FETÖ Suspects' Attempt to Flee Abroad Foiled

In an operation carried out in Edirne, 7 individuals attempting to flee abroad were caught. 6 of these individuals were found to be suspects of the Fetullahçı Terör Örgütü (FETÖ). Those detained include a Supreme Audit Board chief auditor and a dismissed ÖSYM expert.On the Keşan-İpsala highway, these individuals were stopped by security forces while trying to flee abroad. The 7 individuals in the vehicle were taken into custody on suspicion of being FETÖ suspects. Among them were a dismissed ÖSYM expert, a Supreme Audit Board chief auditor, a gendarmerie officer, and teachers.After the completion of their procedures at the police station, the detainees were referred to the Keşan Courthouse. Following the evaluation by the court, it was decided to arrest the FETÖ suspects.Security forces had stopped a vehicle on the Keşan-İpsala highway 2 days ago and taken 7 individuals into custody. 6 of them were found to be FETÖ suspects, and 1 was alleged to be involved in migrant smuggling.
